About Our Class Curriculum...
In our course we will be exploring science as it relates to our daily lives, our futures, and our world. This means not only will I be teaching you the fundamentals of science, but I will be assisting you while you explore reasons why it is important to you. The principles of chemistry, physics, ecology, and biology are all around us. The knowledge of and understanding of these science principles have given us endless benefits such as plastic tupperware, decaf coffee, larger vegetables and fruit at the supermarket, and fuel for our iPods, computers, and cars.
A fact is a simple statement that everyone believes. It is innocent, unless found guilty. A hypothesis is a novel suggestion that no one wants to believe. It is guilty, until found effective.
